PATH:
When the Marketing Manager of Le Cordon Bleu came to us, it was with a huge respect for an iconic culinary institute, but a desire to infuse it with a distinctly New Zealand flavour. Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand wanted to give students from all corners of the world the chance to immerse themselves in an authentic pasture to plate experience unlike any other. We combined the very best traditions of the Le Cordon Bleu brand with a fresh zest and crispness reflecting New Zealand’s innovative approach to food and wine. The result is a look that honours the school’s proud history but also conveys a modern and uniquely New Zealand approach to doing things.
OUTCOME:
Scheduled to open in August 2012, the Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand Institute and website has attracted significant interest, with many more applications than anticipated flowing in daily.
